Attitude is the mind’s paintbrush. It can color any situation.
                                      Anonymous
Reflection: Your attitude is what makes you. If you decide to have a bad one it will be really difficult for you. But if you choose to have a good one people will look up to you. It all depends on its beholder and choices. For example, if you choose to hang out with the wrong people they’ll most likely have a bad attitude and will lead to you having one too. Showing respect to the people around you also makes attitude. If you’re mean and aggressive when you can be nice and pleasant why have a bad attitude when you can change it to something better.

Attitude
Attitude means defiance and assertiveness. It also means that way you make yourself outlook and act towards something. Examples of good attitude is having manners to someone, showing respect, being happy for someone else’s success, and so many more. Like being true to yourself… always, not letting other’s negativity bring you down, and motivating those around you to do positive things. In the other hand bad attitudes are not following the rules, being overly-reactive, not caring for anything, always aggressive, and rude to others. Your attitude cans sometimes affect others too. If you tell them something really negative they don’t like they’ll feel really bad and affect how they act.

Reflection: If you hang out with the wrong people that’ll influence you to do negative things you’ll be just like them. But if you choose the right path hanging out with the right people you’ll be successful just like them. Showing integrity and respect comes in play too. Respecting people’s belongings and who they are. For example, if you hangout put with people who do well in school and try their best in everything they do you will most likely be like them. Doing good in school. In the other hand, hanging out with people who don’t care about school and do their homework you won’t either and will cause for you to not even graduate. That’s why you have to be careful with you surround yourself with.

Reflection: Lincoln Story

In the video Abraham Lincoln was offered some whiskey throughout their journey but he refused. Later as the story went on, the Colonel now had offered him to have smoke with him and that’s when Lincoln told him the story. He said as a young boy about 9 years old his mother was really ill and she had told him that the doctor had told her that she may not make it because she was really sick. Then she told him to never try whiskey or tobacco in his life as a promise to her. The Colonel understood why he didn’t want to and didn’t obligate him to do it because it as a really good promise to do. So Lincoln didn’t break it.
