          Regarding Successful Living
“There is no giant step that does it. It’s a lot of little steps.”
                                                Anon

Reflection: If you really want to accomplish a goal it’s not just going come to you, you go to go for it. Every little thing you do to try to get to it makes a big difference. Just waiting for it to come to you it just won’t happen. For example, if your main goal is to go to college and be successful in life it all depends on you. If you decide to not try you probably might not end going to college or even be successful. But if you try hard in everything you do; you strive for A’s but not B’s you will end up going to college. You have to be responsible for your actions because the only one directing to where you’re going in life is you nobody else. So if you decide to give up and fall that’s up to you. Why fall when there’s an opportunity to going farther than where you are? That’s a question you should ask yourself because you’re in control of your life and choices.

“Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong, even if everyone is for it.
                                               William Penn
Reflection: When you are trying to do something and you know that’s the right thing keep on going don’t let anyone’s opinion or what they say ignore them. Sometimes doing what’s right cannot be easy because you feel it’s the wrong thing to do. But there are people out there that don’t care and just do it to do it. For example, if you are having trouble with your math homework and you don’t understand it at all you have to at least attempt trying it out even if you feel it’s wrong. You see people just copying the answer and you know that’s wrong stick to yourself. Yeah they got the answer but do they know how to solve it probably not. So if you at least try to figure the answer. There are other solutions than copying like going to tutoring for help or working it out with friends who won’t copy just to get the answer. Success starts with believing in yourself. If you don’t believe that’ll you will find the answer you won’t that’s why you have to give it a try.

Cowardice asks the question ‘Is it safe?’
Expediency asks the question ‘Is it politic?’
Vanity asks the question ‘Is it popular?’

But, conscience asks question, ‘Is it right?’
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor
Popular, but one must take it because one’s
Conscience tells one that it is right.
            Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Reflection: If you ask yourself about if you feel you’re doing what’s right it’s all in your conscience it tells it all. There are going to be saturation’s where you feel confused in what you should do and if it’s the right thing. You have to consider your choices you have and strife for the best one you feel comfortable with. Thinking about what you want to do and knowing if it’s the right path can be really hard but as you try it’ll become easier as it goes because you’ll know what to do at the moment. Sometimes it’s good to do what’s wrong only if you learn from it. If you don’t that’s how you know you didn't choose the right path. For example, if you want to be in an AP class next year that comes it might it little harder but it can worth it. You might find it difficult to find the answer but you’ll get it soon. Going for more challenges will help later on in life because life isn't easy. Never rely on something because that will never happen do it yourself.

Reflection: If you have faith you will have duties to overcome later on. Those duties will lead you to accomplishing them if you believe. And that also sends you to have responsibility in finishing them. For example, if you want to join a sports team at your school, you will need faith with you. So you can believe you can make the team. Also taking responsibility that you'll practice to make yourself better and going to the tryouts being held.
