Top 5: Heart Health Tips
1.     Food; having a healthy diet
2.     Avoid smoking
3.     Keep an active lifestyle
4.     Maintaining  a healthy body weight
5.     Reduce your stress


Some things I’m going to do start doing to keep a healthy lifestyle is eat more fruits and vegetables because I hardly eat that. As well as, go outside for at least 30 minutes and play something that’ll make me active. Avoid eating junk food like chips, hamburgers, and fast food places. Try to eat salads more often than usual. Be more positive to keep away the stress and be confident that everything I do will turn out fine.
