Reflection:
Sleeping early will give you the right necessary tools for the next day
awaiting. If you sleep very late all that results is having sleepy eyes and not
ready for that day. You’ll be tired and lazy because you didn't get enough
sleep. People believe that if you sleep right or wrong it’ll both affect you in
a way. But the good one is that if you sleep right you’ll have a good attitude
and if you don’t you’ll be grouchy. For example, if you sleep late and you have
school the next day you won’t want to do anything and that’s because you decided
to sleep late the day before.
